Tyler Brookins

Education/Certifications: Tyler received his Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise as well as certifications for CPR, AED, and First AED from the American Health Association.
Experience: With experience plaing two years of college basketball at Gordon State College and assisting his team in winning a GCAA conference and district championship, Tyler is an expert in sports training. Being a multi-sport athlete in high school, Tyler moved on to coach at sports camps and manage his own club. Tyler strives to make your health goals a reality in a caring, fun and comfortable environment.
Specialty: High Intensity Inverval Training, Sports Training, Weight Loss and Muscle Gain, Core Training, Bodybuilding, General Health.

Noel Ritter

Education/Certifications: Noel earned her B.S. in Health Science, Majoring in Sports Management with emphasis in Kinesiology. ISCA, ACE, PNF, Cholestec, ACSM, American Heart Association (CPR, AED, First Aid). 

Experience: Noel has over 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer, boot camp/kickboxing/Tabata/strength instructor and with PNF Stretching. She has been managing in the corporate fitness and wellness division for Corporate Sports Unlimited over the past 10 years.

Specialty: Functional Training, Sports Rehab, Weight Loss, Speed and Agility, General Fitness, Special Health Conditions.

Luis Boscan-Hendricks

Education/Certifications: Luis is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and holds a TRX Team Certification. Luis is also a certified spin instructor through the Nautilus Institute.
Experience: Luis has multiple years of experience with Personal Training.  He believes in making every training session fun and motivational. Luis' training motto is simply, "be the best you can!"
Specialty: TRX Training Camp, Weight Loss & Management, Metabolic Training, Cross Training, and Motivation.

Brandi Johnson

Education/Certifications: Brandi received her Personal Trainer Certifications from Body Design University in Atlanta, National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds certifications for CPR, AED, and First AED from the American Heart Association. She graduated from Emory University with a B.S. Degree in Biology.

Experience: Brandi has many hours of experience working one-on-one with clients as well as substituting for aerobics classes. She feels that her training style gives clients the extrinsic motivation that they need to push successfully through their cardio and resistance routines. “Health and wellness is not something you can do for a few months and quit! It is a lifestyle!”

Specialty: Resistance Training, Weight Loss, Functional and Circuit Weight Training, One-on-One Sessions and Small groups. 

Matthew Barlow

Education/Certifications: Matt earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University. He is ACSM certified and CrossFit level 1 Trainer and CrossFit Gymnastics certified. Matt is CPR and AED AHA certified.

Experience: Matt is an avid long-distance runner completing multiple half marathon and full marathon races. He is also an 8-year Marine Corps veteran with extensive strength and conditioning experience.
