Trainers

Matthew Barlow

Education/Certifications: Matt earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University. He is ACSM certified and CrossFit level 1 Trainer and CrossFit Gymnastics certified. Matt is CPR and AED AHA certified.

Experience: Matt is an avid long-distance runner completing multiple half marathon and full marathon races. He is also an 8-year Marine Corps veteran with extensive strength and conditioning experience.

Specialties: Functional Training, Cross Training, Weight Training, CrossFit.

 

Luis Boscan-Hendricks

Education/Certifications: Luis is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and holds a TRX Team Certification. Luis is also a certified spin instructor through the Nautilus Institute.
 
Experience: Luis has multiple years of experience with Personal Training.  He believes in making every training session fun and motivational. Luis' training motto is simply, "be the best you can!"
 
Specialty: TRX Training Camp, Weight Loss & Management, Metabolic Training, Cross Training, and Motivation.
 

JeVaughn Brodie

Education/Certifications: JeVaughn earned his A.S. in Applied Fitness and Exercises. He also received his Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise as well as his certifications as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Weight Management Specialist.
 
Experience: JeVaughn has experience with both one-on-one private trainings and group trainings. He is knowledgeable in virtual trainging as well. 
 
Specialty: High Intensity Interval Training, Fuctional Fitness, and Strength Training (Endurance and Hypertrophy)
 

Katie Hellmann

Education/Certifications: Katie received her B.S. in Human Studies majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Leadership and her M.S in Exercise Physiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. ACE CPT, American Heart Association (CPR, AED, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen), AFAA Primary Group Fitness, G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycling, ACE Metabolic Training, LesMills BodyBalance, P90X Live and PiYo Live Certified.

Experience: Katie has been teaching group fitness classes since November 2013 and quickly found her passion in the health and wellness industry. She began personal training to assist clients achieve specific fitness goals on a one-on-one basis.
