Pilates Reformer

A fee-based class using the Reformer machines to tone and strengthen your entire body.


Lenee Braxton

Leneé Braxton teaches Reformer and Mat Pilates, Spin, Barre, and Stretch Classes at Resolution Fitness. Leneé obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Dance from UNC Charlotte in 1997 and her Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Psychology in 2018.  She is a NASM® Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, an ASFA® Certified Stretching & Flexibility Instructor, FiTOUR® Certified and STOTT Trained Pilates Reformer Instructor, SCW Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Exhale® Certified Barre Instructor, a Spinning® Certified Instructor, NASE® Certified Endurance Coach, and a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.  In 1996, Leneé made history as the youngest captain for the Inaugural NFL Carolina Panthers Cheerleader Squad. Leneé is passionate about sharing the life changing benefits of therapeutic exercise with her clients and students. Leneé currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and daughter.

Karen Wells

Karen has been active in the health, wellness, and fitness Industry for over 20 years.  She has been a speaker and trainer with IDEA, ECA, and FACT as well as taught at The American Dance Festival at Duke University, The Alvin Ailey Dance School in New York City and Pilates on Fifth. She is an expert in therapeutic and restorative exercise for Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat in both private and group settings. Karen has also earned a specialty certification in Functional Flexibility by the Bender Training Academy. Karen taught at GA State University for over 15 years and now teaches a Yoga Health Curriculum course and Pilates at GA Tech. She has successfully helped people with chronic pain, muscle disorders, sacroiliac joint pain, fused necks and back pain. Whether one is recuperating from an injury or wants to train for a marathon, Karen can create a successful program of Therapeutic and Restorative Exercise on the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, or with Therapeutic Yoga.
